Shipping

We ship your order within 2 working days of receiving your payment. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Delivery time after dispatch

Indicative, in working days:

• Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg: 1–2 working days
• Germany, France, Austria and Poland: 2–3 working days
• Spain, Italy and Portugal: 3–5 working days
• Greece: 6–9 working days
• Other European Union countries: 2–6 working days

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight of your order; you will see them at checkout, before you place your order.

You can also collect your order in Pittem or at an agility competition, free of charge. We will e-mail you as soon as your order is ready. We cannot always guarantee delivery at a specific competition. If delivery at the agility competition you chose is not possible, we will let you know by e-mail.

Returns (right of withdrawal)

You have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting on the day you receive your order.

What can be returned?

• Whole goat milk powder: only unopened, sealed and undamaged packs (for reasons of hygiene).
• Merchandise and accessories (such as the T-shirt): unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

• Return costs: for a regular return, the cost of sending the item back is borne by the customer. If a product was delivered wrong or damaged, we cover the return costs.
• Requesting a return: please contact us first at finnestpower@gmail.com, stating your order number, the product(s) and, in case of damage, photos. You are welcome to tell us why you are returning it, but you do not have to.
• Refund: we refund the purchase amount within 14 days of you telling us that you want to cancel your order. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order. We may wait to refund until we have received your returned item.
